What the contact form collects
The form collects your name, email address, message, enquiry category, and an optional organisation name. Do not submit confidential, clinical, participant, or other sensitive research data through the general contact form.
Why it is used
We use these details to understand and reply to your message, keep the form secure, and fix delivery problems. Sending the form does not add you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Delivery and processors
The website may use an email delivery provider to send your message to SevenBit Labs and a confirmation to you. We will name the production provider and publish the relevant processing and international-transfer details before the service goes live.
Retention and access
A final schedule for keeping and deleting messages has not been published yet. That must be decided before launch. The website itself does not save form messages in a database.

To ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to ask how a message was handled, email ceo@sevenbitlabs.com. Identity may need to be confirmed before we can complete a request involving personal information.
